Bend Open Your Heart with #WheelPose aka #UrdvhaDanurasana

Today I chose this variation for more opening through the spine, especially if the low back feels stiff. Engage up through the feet and legs nearly straightening them. Unfolding up to the heart pressing down through your hands up into your arms. Allow the unfolding to be felt in this vulnerable space.

Yes, open up your heart. I should try the back bend.

Yeah, give it a try! You can always start with a modification, deep backends take some work to get into properly and you should always use the safety first method and not go beyond your abilities. Modify with your arms slid up under your back. Like this for reference:
