Hello hivers. Sitting down to draw, leaving the pencil to its free will, helps free our subconscious and from that exercise very interesting drawings, shapes and figures can emerge that probably would never have occurred to us in a planned way.
Hoy traigo un nuevo dibujo que surgió de este reto personal. Los materiales que utilicé fueron, un lápiz, una regla, borra, marcadores y mi cuaderno de hojas blancas. Les muestro el proceso.
Today I bring a new drawing that arose from this personal challenge. The materials I used were a pencil, a ruler, eraser, markers and my white sheets notebook. I show you the process.
Después de hacer un marco y trazar cuatro líneas curvas horizontales, empecé a llenar el espacio con algunas figuras alargadas y muchos triángulos.
After making a frame and drawing four horizontal curved lines, I began to fill the space with some elongated figures and many triangles.
Con marcador negro hice el delineado, como esto se estaba pareciendo a unas bocas con dientes afiliados, se me ocurrió agregar unas lenguas de serpiente.
With black marker I made the outline, as this was looking like mouths with affiliated teeth, it occurred to me to add some snake tongues.
Pinté las lenguas de color fucsia y con un resaltador amarillo por la parte externa para realzarlas.
I painted the tongues fuchsia and with a yellow highlighter on the outside to highlight them.
Nuevamente usé el color negro, esta vez para pintar el fondo de las bocas.
Again I used black, this time to paint the bottom of the mouths.
Estas bocas parecían tener muchos labios, los cuales pinté de rojo.
These mouths seemed to have many lips, which I painted red.
Por alguna razón se me ocurrió usar el verde (quizás por ser el complementario), para el espacio que une las dos bocas.
For some reason it occurred to me to use green (perhaps because it's the complementary color) for the space that joins the two mouths.
Y este es el resultado final. Parece la boca de un monstruo, exageradamente distorsionada por alguna emoción extrema, que hace que dos de sus cuatro lenguas se transformen en unos ojos psicodélicos 🤯🤫🤭🤭. Me pregunto en qué parte de mi subconsciente vive este alocado monstruo 👹 jajaja 🤔😂. ¿Y ustedes a qué creen que se parece este dibujo? 🤓
And this is the final result. It looks like the mouth of a monster, exaggeratedly distorted by some extreme emotion, which causes two of its four tongues to transform into psychedelic eyes 🤯🤫🤭🤭. I wonder where in my subconscious this crazy monster lives 👹 hahaha 🤔😂. And what do you think this drawing looks like? 🤓
Bueno amigos, dejar nuestra mano libre para que la imaginación la conduzca no sólo nos ayuda a drenar ideas, soltar sentimientos y emociones guardadas y a conocer un poquito más de nosotros mismos sino que también es muy divertido así que ¿Por qué no hacerlo?
