Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar un MOSCATEL DE MANGO CON FRESA 😱🍹, ideal para este verano, es una mezcla deliciosamente dulce, mango jugoso y deliciosos sabores de fresa con el toque de leche de coco muy del trópico con un toque de granadina para darle el dulzor ideal.

Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar un MOSCATEL DE MANGO CON FRESA 😱🍹, ideal para este verano, es una mezcla deliciosamente dulce, mango jugoso y deliciosos sabores de fresa con el toque de leche de coco y piña muy del trópico con un toque de granadina para darle el dulzor ideal.

| 6 units strawberry | 6 und. fresa |
| 80 thousand. coconut milk | 80 mil. leche de coco |
| 120 thousand pineapple juice | 120 mil jugo de piña |
| 30 thousand. grenadine | 30 mil. granadina |

FIRST STEP / PRIMER PASO .
ING.
We begin by removing the skin from the mango and cutting it into small pieces, we take it to the glass where we are going to serve the drink and with the bar mortar we gently crush it so that it releases its juices.

Comenzamos por quitarle la piel al mango y cortarlo en trozos pequeños, lo llevamos al vaso donde vamos a servir la bebida y con el mortero de bares lo trituramos suavemente para que libere sus jugos.
SECOND STEP / SEGUNDO PASO.
ING.
We do the same with the strawberry, but in the shaker we wash and cut them, we put them in the shaker and with the mortar we crush them so that they release their juices.
ESP.
Hacemos lo mismo con la fresa, pero en la coctelera las lavamos y cortamos, la introducimos en la coctelera y con el mortero las trituramos para que liberen sus jugos.
THIRD STEP / TERCER PASO.
ING.
Now we add the coconut milk, ice, grenadine and pineapple juice to the shaker, close the shaker and shake for a minute or until you feel that the shaker is cold.

Ahora agregamos a la coctelera la leche de coco, hielo, granadina y el jugo de piña, cerramos la coctelera y agitamos por un minuto o hasta que sienta que la coctelera está fría.
FOURTH STEP / CUARTO PASO.
ING.
We proceed to empty the drink into the glass where the mango juice is, placing the strainer on the shaker and thus ensuring that only the liquid passes through.
ESP.
Procedemos a vaciar la bebida en la copa donde está el jugo de mango, colocándole el colador a la coctelera y así logramos que solo pase el líquido.
ING.
