What is an outpost?
I could be wrong but it sounds like you're describing an upgraded version of communities with a more customizable user-interface (UI) or web app interface as it allows for a combination of things.
I know my analogy or generalization or comparison might be too simple or vague. It looks really cool. I made some communities but I've not yet dived into NFTs or Leo Finance or anything like that.
But I do think about making my own coin kind of thing. I do love the idea of building websites or at least a customizable static home page for users or at least for communities. So, is an outpost the same exact thing as a community?
My best guess is no and that an outpost is similar to Leo Finance as in connected indirectly to Hive (unlike PeakD, Ecency, Hive Blog, etc which are simply apps running directly on the Hive blockchain).
And that an outpost includes a secondary or primary coin system as the main engine or financial incentive and track like a secondary blockchain that interconnects with the Hive blockchain similar to the relationship between Steem and Tron.
Well, assuming people can trust Tron which I can't say since I've not studied Tron code to be able to make a judgement on what Tron even is.
What about the artists?
Sounds like you are describing a desire for a Hive app that is customized for artists like you. To be clear, I would agree and would add that it would be great if an app could show the most recent post of a user in a gallery or in something like a slideshow or something a bit bigger than the older posts closer to the top of the screen or web page or home page. I agree with your comparison to PeakD, yeah.

Tiffani...In Captain Cooks first trip round Antarctica, he travelled a little under 60,000 miles.....With restocking provisions...It should have been well under 12,000 miles....The next person to do it travelled 69,000 miles.......WHAT ?.....WHAT ?.......why did such a short journey take so long and such a huge distance ?....On the flat earth model the distance is between 60-70,000 miles depending on the exact time of year.

Why is Facebook promoting Islam?
I see a sponsored video which talked about all the celebrities becoming Muslim and how Allah is the real God and how happy they are for thirty minutes in the video on Facebook. It shows up in my news-feed but I don't get to see videos about Christianity.

Some of the independent churches may be orthodox and some may be very orthodox. Some of the bigger churches and some of the smaller churches teach some heresy. For example, some teach that homosexuality is ok or whatever. The Bible speaks against that since God created Adam and Eve and not Adam and Steve.

0.15061885 ETH = 0.010121392233680057 BTC = 336.8541 USD. I tried sending all of my Ethereum which I was able to access via https://www.myetherwallet.com/dashboard and it says right now 0.013938 ETH or $29.58 USD left meaning that did not get withdrawn out of the My Ether Wallet website and/or out of the blockchain and cryptocurrency system itself. Well, not to say that is how crypto works because it is not. I hope I am not confusing anybody. Crypto is not gold. You can't move it. So, I do not mean that my Ethereum literally moved. But I exchanged access of my Ethereum for access for some Bitcoin. That means miners or who knows who then would get access of my Ethereum in exchange for the Bitcoin access they gave to me. Due to fees and who knows what, this was probably all the money I could get out. Well, I can't say it is impossible to get more out or maybe not right now. But who knows exactly. But I tried and I got some of it out. The Ethereum was worth like $300 or more. But the price was going down and I only got a fraction of my Ethereum out in exchange for Bitcoin. Yesterday, spent some Hive to my Try 01 Wallet, that is I traded Hive for Bitcoin. So, I used Blocktrades for that. So, I've done that before. I've traded on Bittrex, Poloniex, and maybe a few other websites. Oh, not to mention Steemit. So, been going through crypto the last few days to see what I have and have not. Trying to see what I still have access to and everything else. Will continue working on the details. I decided to move money over to Bitcoin. It should be a long-term investment for some people, especially as the dollar dies in the 2020s more and more as I've been saying for years.

But only a second is shown in this video or a very small bit of it. You don't see Hillary or Huma or the kid. You hear screaming and stuff. You see like a bath tub. You see what might be blood dripping out of the tub like a small river or I don't know what I saw or what it was.

Dear diary, got up at 11 AM, weird old man in a dream of mine, he was like 92 years old. Looks like a Devil worshiper or magician with black eyeliner around his eyes. Dishes around 2. Weeding on the way to mailbox. I was kind of startled when I saw her. I didn't say anything. Kind of strange. City of Shelton is having an election thing. We got it in the mail. Picked some raspberries around 4 to 5. Earlier around noon, I was helping mom take a photo of toys under lettuce which looked like palm trees. Larry comes home around 07:20 PM. He wonders what is for dinner and mom begins to talk about it. His comment was that it's not Pho, it's rice. So, I chuckled. Then he was looking at the packaging. I was watering the tomatoes and weeding. I did 5 watering cans worth of water and focused on watering around the 5 plants and not so much directly at the center of each plant as an attempt to steer the roots out. Dinner now at 07:30 PM or a second dinner. Hard to say. But am eating now.
