Computer Chaos
2022-11-18 - Friday - 03:56 AM - My Laptop Log.
My computer crashed. Does not appear to be GPU related because I could not get the computer to respond using the keyboard on the laptop. My theory is you can try to get into shell or the terminal or something. Maybe get it to restart without hard pressing for 20 seconds on the power button to force it off which I ended up doing. So, it may be the SSD drive in my 2021 ASUS laptop and or it may still be GPU related. But I want to assume not GPU related. But if GPU related, then I should try to use a different Nvidia driver or other options to see. I need options. I need tests I can try. My computer crashed in the middle of me making a video. I last restarted my computer like Wednesday. I did download about 200 GB of my Facebook files which I talked about this week on my blog. The files were in zip files. I unzipped them and then my computer crashed a few minutes later. Perhaps I used a lot of RAM, CPU, GPU, cache, hard drive, etc. Maybe some or all of these things. Also I needed to update my OS a little or so it said. The Ubuntu Base and a few other things. But I doubt that would crash it. I have 32 GB of RAM and was using under 20 the entire time. The 4 CPU cores and 8 threads ran at around 50% on average I think. I don't think I overworked the CPU. I copied the files to my 4 TB black external hard drive with no problems. I copied the zip files to my 2021 ASUS laptop hard drive. I then unzipped the zip files on the external hard drive. And then my computer crashed. But my computer has been crashing around three to ten times total these past two months of October and November of 2022. I say around five times. It crashed at random times like every week or few weeks at random times. Some people reported having issues with the type of SSD I have and others reported issues relating to the AMD GPU and CPU I have and everything. It could be the SSD and/or AMD and or other things.

Audio problem on my 2021 ASUS laptop I'm using right now since the last week of October 2022 apx. Echo. This has happened on this laptop a few times in November 2022 and I think only this computer. So, it might be a graphics issue. Like an AMD issue with Ubuntu. Perhaps, as mentioned earlier, this is why or part of why my computer randomly crashes. So, perhaps the GPU drivers and/or whatever have bugs and stuff. I heard the audio problem on Bitchute today. I went to YouTube, same problem. Other times this month, the problem was on Rumble. I forget if I heard the problem also on VLC as in outside of web browsers themselves. I am using Firefox meaning it could be just a problem with Firefox. So, I need to test it on other browser and programs the next time to verify or determine where the problems might be coming from. But I went to a movie website where you can watch movies for free. Audio problem went away. It could be I reset the cache and cookies when going there. Maybe not. I am making up stuff because I did not erase cache on Firefox. So, I don't think going to a website would just fix the audio problem. So, perhaps the problem goes away after like five minutes or something like that. I went back to YouTube. I hear no problems while watching Nina Infinity.

Dear diary journal blog, I got up at 11:43 AM. Forget dreams or it had something to do with copying my Facebook files from the Internet and onto my computer like I have been doing in real life this week, see my blog and logs for more info. But the dream was like different. Hard to explain because I forget like 99% of it or more. I kind of have a feeling about And in the dream or other dreams, I'm at ABC which was also WOLBI. I am also at camp or something. I go to sneak out of camp with some of my stuff. I try to do so without people or person notice while we were all on stage performing for campers. I snuck off the back way to carry a few of my drinks, glass cups, etc, back to my dorm. So, I was going back to dorms at my first college and yet it was positioned so the rooms are parallel with the street as opposed to how my dorm was at WOLBI going the other direction. It was also my apartment in Portland and I was happy and surprised nobody took my old room after all these years. At least one glass cup was chipped and broken at the top. I must have broken it. Josh Williams or something was my roomie at ABC in real life and in the dream like a neighbor in the next room. A back door from my room went to his room. I go through the door, through his room, I say hi but he didn't say anything, this was a shortcut to the stairs. I had trouble finding stairs to go back up back to the camp to get more of my things, the end. Breakfast, 11:53 AM. Lunch, 01:00 PM. Flipped over 2 beds by the strawberries on the side of the house outside my room and next to Neil fence. Near where potatoes were and where onions were planted by the newer gate and grass path to Neil. Also flipped over raspberry bed, a section towards the 2 sheds on that side of the fence gate and towards a stake and towards the raspberries on the side. Picked up grass near some of the raspberries. Weeding. Shifted dirt from rock dirt pile near the compost pile outside mom's room. Compost. No mail as of 03:30 PM. Now it is 03:40 PM.
