Estos últimos días las cosas no están muy bien en mi país, cada día la crisis se agudiza más, en mi zona no ubicamos gas doméstico para cocinar, nos ha tocado recurrir a otras alternativas, como cocinar con leña, elaborar cocinas a gasoil artesanales, usar cocinas eléctricas. Pero toda solución parece estar envuelta en un problema.

These last days things are not very good in my country, every day the crisis is getting more acute, in my area we don't locate domestic gas for cooking, we have to resort to other alternatives, like cooking with wood, elaborate handmade gas oil stoves, use electric stoves. But every solution seems to be wrapped up in a problem.

Si por un lado tu opción es usar leña para cocinar ahora se nos presenta otro problema, no hay gasolina para trasladarnos en carro a buscarla, por ejemplo yo vivo en la ciudad debo ir a un lugar retirado de mi residencia.

Si usas a gasoil es otro dilema, para encender este tipo de cocinas debes hacer literalmente magia, supongo que estamos en el proceso de ensayo y error mientras los artesanos buscan una manera de hacer que estas enciendan sin tanto problema, hace poco un vecino se quemó todo el pecho intentando encender una de estas.

Intente irme al campo por unos días para descansar un poco, pero me encontré que la situación es aún más precaria que la que se vive en la ciudad, no tienen agua, se les va la luz por más de 12 horas continuas, entre otras calamidades… en fin entre las medidas por el covid-19 y la ausencia de gasolina ir a visitar a mis padres se convirtió en una gran odisea. Me toco caminar largos trechos entre un estado y otro para poder llegar a mi destino final. En otro momento les contare esa bitácora.

Es un problema generalizado en nuestro país! En mi ciudad nos ha tocado fuerte, sin embargo creo que opte por dejar que todo fluya de manera espontánea porque sentía que me iba a enfermar
