Saludos, tengo varios días que instale la aplicación pero como he tenido poca actividad física. Así que como hoy tuve una larga caminata decidí probar la App y contar mis pasos.
Me parece estupendo poder contar mis pasos e ir teniendo un registro de mi actividad. De momento no he dado muchos pasos y quizás no sea merecedor de ninguna medalla,pero gracias a Actifit hoy pude darme cuenta que debo aumentar mi actividad física, a la larga eso repercute de manera positiva en mi salud y condición física.
