After what seemed like Armageddon yesterday with all the flooding, the sunshine that flooded our day today was so much appreciated. The morning was busily spent hosing down our driveway and paths that had been covered with a thick layer of sludge from the flooding. The afternoon was so gorgeous that we walked - long and hard across the Begwyns up to the roundabout where we had snacks and then back again. Pretty good actifit day despite no running due to kiddies.

Yesterday was nuts wasn't it - Hereford Park Run cancelled at the last minute because of a burst water main, although by the time I'd got there (wet) I wasn't really in the mood for it, so that was probably a blessing. I spent the entire day just feeling DAMP even though was inside for most of it.
Then today.... wonderfully sunny!
I just guess you got to get out when you can!
Yes, never seen anything like it here. The Wye was so high and almost carried cars away with it in Hay!

Park Run best - 20.53 I think, easy circuit in Hereford, but it all depends on the circuit. If you want a good place, Merthyr has a low turn out, at least so I've been told.
