A usual Monday with laundry folding chore. With the virus outbreak, we decided gym may not be a good idea. So, we played wii sports at home instead - a few games of tennis, bowling, baseball and boxing. Boxing was quite nuts because we just punched the air like crazy and I think it was a really good workout. Whats your alternative workout?
