What’s up STACKERS!
It’s a Friday Night and I’ve decided to hit the gym instead of going to the Bar on the Las Vegas Strip. 🤷🏼♂️
Yeah, it’s fun to go out at times... especially in Las Vegas but I wrote some goals to get fit this year. Maybe next week! 🤣
Only 2600+ Steps but I was on the stair master instead of walking (hamster wheel)... sadly it didn’t count most of my steps. 🤦🏼♂️
My next workout will be a few days from now. I tend to take the weekends off and focus on myself mentally.
What is the saying, “If you think about shit, you become shit”. I actually made that up just now. 😉
