Gates has made numerous media appearances calling for extended lockdowns, contact tracing surveillance, digital certificates to travel and work, and announced his intention to vaccinate 7 billion people.
None of this sounds bad to me, and the majority of citizens. It's not exactly evil unless you read it in an evil tone of voice.

Now, digital certificates I guess is referring to microchips in your brains or whatever that conspiracy is. Which is false. The source of this idea comes from here
The writers totally conflate several things into one. Bill said on reddit, where this all comes from:

Where does it say anything about microchips? He then says:

So are we saying, at one point he told everyone about microchips, then pretended it never happened and all evidence of him saying it has been wiped from the records on the planet and nobody thought to archive it?
Or, are we saying we found some leaked evidence proving something he never admitted to, but nobody is actually presenting that evidence to anyone?

Finally, any reasonable person should know the American Vagabond and Corbett are pretty gross conspiracy nutcase websites and can either be dismissed easily, or any claim they make can be googled followed by 'debunk' to have a look at the scrutiny of their ridiculous claims break apart.
So yeah, don't take my word for it, Google them, but google them properly and responsibly. Follow your search up with the appropriate suffixes: debunk/snopes/fact check/evidence etc.

I'll admit, this is the first mainstream example I have heard of supporting my stance.
Researchers are going to be studying the data for years before they can truly know what actions would have been best to take. Researcher to this day are still studying how we could have beaten polio faster. There are so many variables for treatments that need to be examined. Scientific practices need to be cleaned up. Rushed messy science is not science at all.
Well there you go then, it's an opinion. The vast majority think it's fine. A small clique disagree.

For anyone interested in nitpicking, "lockdown" is a prison term. I don't mind if anyone wants to remain in house arrest, many people are doing the same for years already so to them this is a non issue. If that's what you wish to do, then that's probably the best thing that you can do for yourself and everyone else. One would hope you'd have the common wisdom not to foist your values onto those who might disagree.
Promoting the rat culture in my book is not the best thing since sliced bread, but I can see how sycophants, among others, in the rising army of unemployed will find this new career path very appealing. As a silver lining, I see this as excellent motivation to dump the universal tracking device, something I should have done a while ago.

I'm not too interested in debating everything here since it's quite circular, however, I am quite curious about one part:

Of all the countries I've l lived in, nobody else has this very self-centred viewpoint, even China where I live, home to some of the most selfish people I've come across. Why on earth would it be optional to allow you to be responsible for the death of countless others? Why are some doctors signing to say it's safe to protest for Black Lives Matter (it should say ALL Lives Matter), but it's dangerous and illegal to protest for anything else, in fact some have even said it's racist to protest for anything else and yet that's apparently democracy is it?
Apparently viruses know what people are protesting about now? (It's not about health or about George Floyd, it's called Divide and Conquer and people should instead be standing together and see the real enemy who is laughing at them doing their dirty work).
Trump isn't all roses, but he has clearly overstepped the line as far as the people pulling the strings are concerned and has even spoken about the corruption from the deep state himself on video while he's also condemned the media and social media, they want him out and are willing to use any measures necessary to do so including use people to fight for them unknowingly (incidentally the riots have destroyed black businesses and innocent people have even been killed).
