How news travels around the world is nearly as interesting to me as the news stories themselves. Yesterday there were rumblings on independent media outlets about a Mexican researcher unveiling one thousand year old alien corpses discovered in 2017 to the Mexican congress.
Now, almost twenty-four hours later, the story is finally being reported by American mainstream media outlets, like CBS
It’s taken mainstream media all those many hours to officially report on something that (if true) could be one of the biggest stories of modern history. It’ll be interesting to see how it develops from here but from additional information making its way into the news this seems like it could actually be legit.
Is it true or just a hoax or distraction? Time will tell or, more likely, we may never really know for sure.
What's your take on this? I want to believe.
Anniversary (and an upcoming give-away)
This next thing is far less sensational but in just a few weeks I’ll be celebrating the tenth anniversary of the completion of my sci-fi novel Alarm Clock Dawn.
I remember the ocassion like it was yesterday, it was an autumn afternoon and my wife and I went to a local restaurant and celebrated. Here’s a recent photo of the exact booth we sat at that day in 2013.
We had oysters and champagne with our entrees that day. The event in itself felt deeply momentous but I couldn’t even have imagined how much that book would change my life a few years later.

I think certain members of Hollywood are privy to some info so they can include into the films/shows to lessen the impact on the public once they decide disclosure is prudent.

It's SO close to E.T. I found the metallurgy of the implants in one of the bodies particularly interesting, it's supposedly like nothing else seen on Earth. There are already rumblings of the researcher's sketchy past history so it'll be interesting to see how this develops and how it's spun going forward. NASA is making an announcement today about UFOs/Aliens today but I haven't had a chance to tune into that yet.

I actually just saw the news story about this a little bit ago. There were some interesting things raised in the comments. So they have carbon dated the corpses, but there hasn't been any DNA testing done on them? I have to agree that is a little suspect. I'm not saying I don't believe it, but some good questions have been raised. Congrats on that anniversary! That is awesome!
There are aspects of this story that are definitely suspect. The one little detail that is the most convincing is the metallurgy of the implants allegedly found in one of the bodies. I need to dig into today's news and see what NASA announced today. Supposedly it was UFO/ET in nature and is allegedly big news. Thank you! This decade went by far too fast! I'll admit, I just kind of skimmed the article. So they turned them over to more "official" scientists for them to study? That is good. I didn't realize just how small they were. Most of the photos were zoomed in, but then there was a zoomed out photo and I was like whoa!
Yes, these were very tiny. From the looks of them, barely 3ft tall. I imagine to learn more about what the scientist find we'll have to go digging because I imagine this story will fall out of the news cycle.

In this area of the world, spring is about to arrive, on September 21. The days are milder and warmer, but yes, it has been raining a lot.

But every time a news item like this appears, I feel like there is something behind it. It was a crazy news day yesterday, that's for sure. I'm convinced they exist too. I think there might be some good reasons those in power are withholding some of the info. I think the truth would alter our very perception of reality and our history to a certain extent. I question each and every story like this because, as you've said, there's usually a reason for it. Mainstream media must first determine how to squeeze the most out of the populace before they will ever report on a story. In this crazy world I don't discount anything and to think we are the 'latest greatest' is very arrogant lol. It will be interesting to follow this story and see what becomes of it. Thank you! Independent media is making all the difference these days. They're complicating the relationships between those in power and the mainstream media. I feel like the MSM spends most of their time now on the defense trying to discredit stories that bubble out of independent news sources. We would have never seen CBS report on a story like this a decade ago but their hand was forced.

It takes so much work and scrutiny to verify news stories these days. I'm still undecided on this story out of Mexico. It's already disappeared from the news cycle here in America. What if I say that we (the human race) are also aliens, because we are not really physical? So originally we are not from Earth. We came to Earth from another place. From another form. And I am not joking. Just check the Near-Death Experiences (NDEs). There are thousands. People leaving their physical human bodies. That is a start of a transition. A transition, in which the people going actually home (where we came from).
