I would like to tell you about the Istanbul Shopping Center, which I went to wander around the other day. The name of this shopping center is called Mall of Istanbul, we all got used to the name here. Maybe I am writing here for the first time as an Istanbul shopping center, that is, in Turkish.
The reason I visited the mall today was to go to the movies. I had a few movies in mind, I thought I'd watch one of them. But since I couldn't find a movie that suits you, which I will talk about later, I wandered around the mall and took photos. I want to inform you about something; I also took it secretly in case there was a problem of unauthorized taking while taking the photos. Here is Mall of Istanbul. MOI

Sizlere geçen gün dolaşmaya gittiğim İstanbul Alışveriş Merkezinden bahsetmek istiyorum. Bu alışveriş merkezinin ismi Mall of İstanbul olarak geçiyor, burada hepimiz ismine bu şekilde alıştık. Belki de ben ilk defa burada İstanbul alışveriş merkezi olarak yazıyorum ismini yani Türkçe karşılığı olarak.
Bugün alışveriş merkezini ziyaret sebebim sinemaya gitmekti. Aklımda birkaç film vardı, onlardan birini izlerim diye düşündüm. Fakat daha sonrada bahsedeceğim size uygun seanslarda film bulamadığım için ben de alışveriş merkezini dolaşıp fotoğraflar çektim. Bir konuda sizi bilgilendirmek istiyorum; fotoğrafları çekerken izinsiz çekme sıkıntısı olabilir diye biraz da gizlice çektim. Buyrun size Mall of Istanbul. MOI
Mall of Istanbul; A shopping center located in Istanbul Başakşehir. I wandered around many shopping malls, but for me, this is one of the biggest malls. It was started about ten years ago. In fact, it was forbidden to build large buildings on this route, because the flight route of Istanbul Atatürk Airport passed through here. It was the constructions of Ağaoğlu construction group that broke this for the first time. Later, we learned that the flight route passing here has been changed due to the construction potential. And since then, dozens of construction projects have started here. Dozens of high-rise buildings started to be built on the Basın Express road.
The upper part of the building, where the Mall of Istanbul shopping center is located, is flats and residences, and the lower part is a very large shopping center. It is one of the most popular places for Arabs coming to Turkey.
The entrance to the building is nice and large space. A place where a lot of taxis are waiting and the customer potential is high. Heart-shaped platforms were set up at the entrance, and their tops were decorated with flowers. They have very large revolving doors and they have added small exhibition compartments to the inside of the revolving doors. As you return through the door, the product exhibition also returns with you. An interesting method for advertising marketing and rental income.
Mall of İstanbul; İstanbul Başakşehirde bulunan bir alışveriş merkezi. Birçok alışveriş merkezinin içersini dolaştım ama bana göre burası en büyük alışveriş merkezlerinden birisi. Yaklaşık on yıl önce başlandı yapılmaya. Aslında bu rotaya büyük binaların yapılması yasaktı, sebebi ise İstanbul Atatürk havalimanı'nın uçuş rotası buradan geçiyordu. Bunu ilk olarak bozan Ağaoğlu inşaat grubunun yaptığı inşaatlar oldu. Daha sonrasında öğrendik ki buradan geçen uçuş rotası inşaat potansiyelinden dolayı değiştirilmiş. Ve o süreçten itibaren onlarca inşaat projesi başladı buralarda. Basın Express yolunda onlarca yüksek bina yapılmaya başlandı.
Mall of Istanbul alışveriş merkezinin bulunduğu yapı üst kısımları daire ve rezidans alt kısmı ise çok büyük bir alışveriş merkezi. Türkiye'ye gelen arapların çok rağbet ettiği yerlerden birisi.
Bina girişi hoş ve geniş bir alan. Çok fazla taksinin beklediği ve müşteri potansiyelinin yüksek olduğu bir yer. Giriş kısmına kalp şeklinde platformlar kurulmuş ve üstleri çiçeklerle süslenmiş. Çok geniş döner kapıları var ve döner kapıların iç kısmına sergi amaçlı küçük bölmeler eklemişler. Siz kapıdan içeri dönerken aynı zamanda ürün sergisi de sizinle dönüyor. Reklam pazarlaması ve kira geliri için ilginç bir yöntem.
There are some tactics that will affect people about shopping malls. These tactics are applied so that people do not encounter any problems in shopping centers and do not have a negative thought about the shopping center. Let me tell you about a few tactics about these shopping centers:
Firstly; The malls are always kept very clean. You will never be met with any rubbish or waste material on the floor and walls or in the corridors. For this reason, it is very important that visitors do not have a negative thought about the pollution of this place.
Secondly; They never keep watches in shopping malls. People who come for shopping should not see the time and decide to go in a hurry accordingly. Let them spend their time here. Most people spend a long time not knowing how time flies anyway.
As the third; The corridors or walking routes of shopping malls are usually designed in a labyrinth shape or to pass in front of almost all stores. The walking routes are planned to allow you to travel all around. In addition, the landing and exit sections of the escalators are placed in a way that you will go to different sections in different directions.
Fourthly; The visual parts of the shopping malls are highly illuminated. More light and bright shops give you a better visual.
Alışveriş merkezleri ile ilgili insanları etkileyecek bazı taktikler vardır. Bu taktikler insanların alışveriş merkezlerinde herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmaması ve alışveriş merkezi ile ilgili olumsuz bir düşünceye kapılmamaları amacıyla uygulanır. Sizlere bu alışveriş merkezleri ile ilgili birkaç taktikten bahsedeyim:
Birinci olarak; Alışveriş merkezleri her zaman çok temiz tutulur. Asla yerde ve duvarlarda ya da koridorlarda herhangi bir çöp veya atık maddeyle karşılamazsınız. Bu sebeple ziyaretçiler buranın kirliliği hakkında olumsuz bir düşünceye kapılmamaları çok önemlidir.
İkinci olarak; alışveriş merkezlerinde asla saat bulundurmazlar. Alışveriş için gelen insanlar zamanı görüpde buna göre acele gitmeye karar vermesinler. Vakitlerini burada harcasınlar. Zaten çoğu kişi zamanın nasıl aktığını bilmeden uzun vakit harcar.
Üçüncü olarak; Alışveriş merkezlerinin koridorları veya yürüyüş güzergahı genellikle labirent şeklinde ya da hemen hemen tüm mağazaların önünden geçecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Yürüyüş rotaları sizin her tarafı gezmenizi sağlayacak şekilde planlanmıştır. Ayrıca yürüyen merdivenlerin iniş çıkış bölümleri farklı bölümlere farklı yöne gideceksin şekilde konur.
Dördüncü olarak; Alışveriş merkezleri mağazalarının görsel kısımları yüksek ölçüde ışıklandırılır. Fazla ışıklı ve ışıltılı dükkanlar size daha iyi bir görsel sağlar.
One of my favorite designs in Mall of Istanbul was the ceiling designs. Beautiful large lamps are placed on the ceiling. There are a lot of glass spaces on the ceilings. For this reason, daylight can come in at a high rate. It can save enough for interior lighting. There is a beautiful ceiling lamp architecture designed with large rectangular lamps.
The corridors, on the other hand, are designed wide enough for walking, there are four floors in the middle of the corridors, so that all floors can be viewed. Due to both the width of the stores and the width of the corridors, it is evident that it was built on a large enough area. Moreover, it occupies a large area with the back warehouse parts of the stores.
In one of the common areas; There is a small pool. It is designed as an ornamental pool and provides a good visual harmony. In another common area, there is a large theater area that can provide enough space. It is used as a small amphitheater.
Mall of Istanbul alışveriş merkezinde benim en çok beğendiğim tqsarımlardan biri, tavan tasarımlarıydı. Tavanlata çok güzel büyük lambalar yerleştirilmiş. Tavanlarda cam boşluklarıda bir hayli var. Bu sebeple gün ışığı da içeriye yüksek oranda gelebiliyor. İç aydınlatma için yeterince tasarruf sağlayabiliyor. Dikdörtgen şeklinde büyük beyzmaz lambalarla tasarlanmış güzel bir tavan lambası mimarisi var.
Koridorlar ise yürüme için yeterince geniş tasarlanmış, koridorların ortasında dört kat boyunca açıklık var ve bu sayede tün katlar seyredilebiliyor. Hem mağazaların genişliği hem de koridorların genişliği sebebiyle yeterince büyük bir alana inşa edildiği belli oluyor. Üstelik geniş bir alanda mağazaların arka depo kısımlarıyla yer tutuyor.
Ortak alanların birisinde; küçük bir havuz var. Süs havuzu olarak tasarlanmış ve görsel olarak iyi bir uyum sağlıyor. Diğer bir ortak alanda ise geniş ve yeterince alan sağlayabilecek bir tiyatro alanı var. Küçük bir amfi tiyatro alanı olarak kullanılıyor.
Mall of Istanbul is one of the best designed shopping malls I have ever seen. If you have the opportunity, I would like you to come here and see this mall. Istanbul is a beautiful city. Although it is a city known for its traffic, there is not much traffic jam in and around the district where the Mall of Istanbul shopping center is located. You can come and go comfortably. There is a two-storey car park.

Mall of Istanbul şimdiye kadar gördüğüm en iyi tasarlanmış alışveriş merkezlerinden birisi. Fırsatınız olursa buraya gelip bu alışveriş merkezini görmenizi isterim. İstanbul güzel bir şehirdir. Trafiği ile bilinen bir sehir olmasına rağmen Mall of Istanbul alışveriş merkezinin bulunduğu ilçe ve civarında çok fazla trafik sıkışıklığı olmaz. Rahatlıkla gelip gidebilirsiniz. İki katlı otoparkı mevcuttur.

Alışveriş merkezlerinin tasarımlarını hiç bu açıdan düşünmemiştim . özellikle saatin olmaması bu uygulamayı sadece kumarhanelerde uygulanıyor diye düşünüyordum.
