My top 3: Anime

in #art7 years ago

I love Anime. I think it offers an escapism something to take your mind of the real world and make you feel content that you're
not the one whose head is being eaten by a giant.

Here are my top 3 Anime :

  1. Assassination classroom (Ansatsu kyoushitsu) Not a lot of people love this anime and the reason i do is because im a big fan of the slice of life genre but i also need some action and escapism this anime blend all three together its funny, emotional (towards the end) jam-packed full of action and in my opinion just plain amazing .

  2. My number two is Blue Exorcist i remember when season 1 was out i had to defend its name now season two is out everyone is watching it. this anime is much more different from the first one its more action packed and has demons spirits devils black magic and of course exorcisms .

  3. My last one is Hunter X Hunter The first anime i watched and it is AWESOME. IT has everything and more .... and more
it has action humour banter some slice of life assassination and things that the English language cant even convey. Im going a bit overboard i know but the reason i love this anime so much is because it got me into anime in the first place and not only that while other animes are a a bit extra in the way their main character acts hunter x hunter is diffrent the makers dont try and make things that are'nt emotional emotional

Some anime explores deep and spiritual themes as well. I really love Paranoia Agent and while I usually stay away from stuff that's marketed for kids, I have a not-so-secret soft spot for Naruto (minus all the filler).

I goddamn love Paranoia Agent. Paprika is up there too, but not as good IMO.

What a fabulous director.

I'm much more into manga. I was scared of both because honestly, some anime/manga fans are creepy and I'm not into the whole moe thing, but after living in Japan, I discovered there is stuff for everyone.

I thought about doing a manga series to go along with the anime review series, but decided against it. Too many, and a lot of them will get covered in the anime series anyway.

I also intend to do a post about headcannon, because we all have headcannon.

A lot of my favorite manga isn't animated. 20th Century Boys (there was a terrible live-action movie), anything by Asano Inio, actually I don't read manga that much but there are some that I loved.

Most of mine are partially animated.

Write about whatever anime or manga you want, it seems like a pretty untapped potential community could grow out of it.

Cool to see another anime fan here. I'm an oldschool fan from way back myself. In fact, I'm going to be doing a review series from time to time about the amines i watched back in the day. Here's a link to my first review.
You'll see that there is an anime tag, but since it isn't very popular it doesn't show up on the trending list. Also, you can make up your own tags pretty easily here, there isn't an approval process or anything.

oh. thanks for that ill definitely read the review.

I love Anime! I happened to stumble on Blue Exorcist while browsing on Netflix and I like the storyline and characters. My all time favorite is Sailor Moon. Black Butler. Bleach. Oh My Goddess! Naruto Shippūden and the list goes on and on. ^_^
