'The Edge'
As soon as we enter the macro world, our minds are not present in the world as we know it, anymore. It is so different and so beautiful to admire macro details of various things. This is a leaf. A simple object is transformed into what you are able to see and enjoy.
Notice the areas of different tonality progressing from the bottom left toward the top right. I've counted six of them. It feels like a hand fan opening from bottom up. Green and mildly yellow hues are defining the colour scheme. The green is dominant but still presented in so many tones that it does not take over the entire composition.
Notice the little hairs and bums. I don't t his we'd notice them by just looking at this without the macro lens.

You always excel in what you do, @velimir. Beautiful photography, the combination of colors, reflections and shadows are perfect. A very fresh composition. I like the hairs of the eye, they give it a rustic and delicate touch at the same time, something like, "look at me and do not touch me". :-D
It is a beautiful composition, like my eyes, I can look at it and observe it in detail without it displeasing me. The colors are perfect, the green dominant I love because it does not take all the solo, it gives space to the other colors and in combination with them it looks very beautiful. excellent work.

Well, to me this leaf is something else because the green surface is basically a hockey ground. All the players are playing their game in a very stylish way. Deep looks also tell that cracks are the depiction of a zig-zag ground which is actually built on mountains. Just like my random thoughts :D
By the way you have put an amazing technique to make a micro thing a macro thing, Superb :)

You could almost see the pores. Macro gives details like no other.
This is an incredible photo! I need to get a good macro lens. I have 4 lenses for my Canon 70D, but no macro lenses. Do you use Canon or Nikon? or something else? If you use Canon, any recommendations on a good macro lens? :)
