The Barefooted sprints on the grass really build up your core, your calves, Achilles tendons, the muscles in your feet and just hit your body at a different angle in general.
The freah air and taking deep breaths around all these trees and getting some sun is way better than our heathcare systems that push all these toxic vaccines and pills.
