My brother recently built this bitcoin miner from scratch . This bad baby took about $4K to be built and will be set and ready to go soon. It should generate anywhere from 40-60K a year. Since we live in NYC, this may cost $100 on the side just for electricity

Not too much noise but yes , lots of heat. It is still in test mode

Appears to be RX470 but I could be wrong. So probably mining CryptNight or Ethash based coin and, with current reward/diff/value, I don't understand how projected earnings are so high.
I'd have estimated at right-now variables $20 - $25 per day at best. Perhaps you can help me with where I'm lost?

I mean a 10x return per year sounds great.
