I bought these forms, and I’m trying to make scrambled eggs in this form.
I don't have a very good frying pan (I would have to buy a new one), sometimes it doesn’t work, but if it turns out, it turns out like this"

"Here in Argentina we are still in quarantine. We are almost 100 days old. A couple of days ago winter officially began, although we are not yet having such cold days, but they must be yet to come. As I have mentioned in previous posts, what really motivates me, in addition to keeping myself busy and active is being cooking, for me it is a wonderful moment in which I can forget everything and just flow and create. Everything is allowed in the kitchen and if you fail, it does not matter, it will not happen again. I would say that after music, cooking has become my main therapy"
