Whether there is actual abuse going on or not, simply having regularly published reports like this one probably serves as somewhat of a deterrent, just by itself. Few people want to see their names on what could be interpreted as a "blacklist."

Can anybody help me here? I have been publishing content for a few weeks, and I make alot of effort producing quality content (so I believe and have been told..) but it's like a ghost town on my blog! How am I supposed to get people to find my profile and read my content or just upvote and comment?

You are no alone my post have little exposure , granted I share other people's content, but I add my own comments to it, I think it will be stupid on my part to claim content that belong to others. I'm not looking for upvotes I just want to share what interest me with other like minded individuals. I appreciate any advise anyone here would render to me.
I did see people buying votes and then earning the money back. But this sounds like an un-organic black hat trick to me and everything I dislike about traditional social media. Just lies and fake tricks. Where are all the genuine people who don't play the system in order to do well. !

I apologize, actually the last minute vote was issued on a comment in other to raise funds for the contribution needed to sustain our community delegation as steem price dropped suddenly. I accept my errors and have unvoted it because I really do not want to be doing something wrong.
It's only "wrong" when it's being done intentionally and maliciously, like @sweetsssj was (and maybe still is). This is simply to provide more information to the community so they can make more informed voting decisions.
So please can I vote the comments to raise funds to sustain the delegation? I will stop once the price is back up.

How probable is it to vote before the reward cutoff time by chance? I assume greater for whales as they engage more, but with all my votes until now I never got the error message "Cannot increase payout within last twelve hours before payout." Does it still exist?
May I ask you also what you consider just before the reward cutoff time? It seems like anything 12 hours before or later.
And I can assure you @sweetsssj upvoting @missdeli is 100% deserved, which tells me that in this report you will find quite the one or other false positive.
I checked 4 upvotes @msp3k received. All upvotes where received for comments. Those comments informed the post author that his/her post was upvoted or resteemed. In case of an upvote for the author post, this upvote wass less valuable the the upvote @msp3k received for their comment. So for me this seems unfair and I don't understand why those automatically generated comments are worth such a valuable upvote?
But I am 100% certain you can explain this. As all these comments also got an upvote from you. So please help me out?

We all know that a bad example can lead others astray.
I am 37 and have managed to so far get through life with no more than $5000 in the bank. I have had everything i need to sustain a happy lifestyle. The pressure of holding crypto is rather stressful, as everybody seems to be investing here and investing there..
I haven't got much myself and have worked hard to get what I have got, but I'm happy it's there and I will not disobey or cheat people or the system to gain more.
Let us not take this opportunity for granted.
