It is only partly cloudy now, but super windy. The backyard critters don't come out when the wind is blowing. Chipmunks have bad eyesight, and I suppose when the wind is blowing and it's noisy they wouldn't be able to hear danger approaching.
I cleaned out one of the shelves in the pantry and threw some of the outdated stuff out under the bird feeder and the squirrels have been coming down to grab a snack, but then going right back up into the trees with it.
Besides that, laundry and eSteem are about it for the day. How about you?
well at least you're feeding the squirrels. I've been outside working today, mowing mostly. Should be the last time that I have to wear a jacket on the mower, it didn't even get to 60 degrees today. Which is fine, we'll have plenty of hot weather soon. lol.
So I just got in and checking steemit comments.
It's 54° here! Odd that our temps are so similar. We saw a few snow flakes earlier this morning, so you could say it warmed up nicely! Glad you got some of the mowing done, and you are right. You will see the hot stuff soon enough!
well it's supposed to rain in a couple days so I wanted to get ahead of the rain on the mowing but was surprised at how cold the wind was, never got out of the 50's today. Snowflakes, now that's something I haven't seen since we got here! And I'm not complaining. lol.
Did you get the mowing done today? I would be happy not seeing snowflakes in April, that's for sure!
yeah you guys need a break! No, I didn't get all the mowing done, ten acres is alot with a small mower so I break it up into sections and it's so rough it beats you up so that's another reason to break it up!
Oh! That really does not sound like fun at all. I used to hate mowing...
