I just realized something earlier Today, I've been on the Steem Blockchain for more than two years!
Time sure does fly by pretty fast! β°
It seemed like yesterday when I did my first post sometime around the end of May 2017 and didn't even know what I was getting myself into. π€·ββοΈ
All I knew that Steem was a Social Media Blockchain that anyone can earn "Cryptocurrencies" for posting up content. π²
That was enough for me to give it a shot.
I was kinda getting sick of the old Social Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat just to name a few.
Yeah, I had tens of thousands of followers on each of those platforms but I made the decision to move on to decentralized Social Media Platforms such as Steem.
At least we all can earn something with our content while those "other platforms" just steal your data and sell it to advertisers to make billions.
In other words, I got fed up with that shit and practically left. π€¦
Can Steem be the answer? Maybe, but others are coming real fast (EX: Voice) in the near future and I will have no problem with using them when they do arrive.
It's all about giving some control back to the people from the centralized corporate structure that we all hate.
With that being said, I just wanted to say "Thank You" to all the people that I've met here on the Steem Blockchain in the past Two Years. πββοΈ
Many have left, Many have joined... but at the end of the day, they all had some kinda impact to make me a better and stronger person in life.

Personally what I have read about Voice so far, I don't think it is going to gain traction. If you are doing full KYC on people they will likely say forget that.

Thatβs fine, it only needs a small amount of people to function at first until many crypto people will say fuck it, I want to use it down the road. Iβll stake tons more voice tokens for myself π
My prediction will be that by converting EOS to Voice tokens it will be a losing proposition compared to just holding the EOS and utilizing the REX
