继续来看看俯卧撑的变体动作。

Weighted Push Up | 负重俯卧撑的准备

需要准备沙袋或其他重物。

锻炼部位

主要锻炼手臂肌肉。

分解动作

  • 平躺在地面后,手掌和脚部支撑身体,保持身体挺直。
  • 手部弯曲做俯卧撑动作,不同的是在背上依据自身条件放置些合适重量的重物。
  • 重复动作
