生命在于运动——参加“百万群众迎新登高”健身活动

前天参加了一个“百万群众迎新登高”健身活动，虽然其实也不是很高，不过一趟下来，感觉精神都要好多了，真切的体会到了生命在于运动这句话确实非常有道理，看来以后得经常运动一下才行啊。
