Dragon fruit is one of my new favorites since we have been travelling around Central America. So delicious, I feel everyone should try it if you get a chance

Oh my goodness - that looks like a good'un! We can't really get them here very much, and when I do manage to find them they're the variety that is a pale colour inside.

I have also see the white with the seeds also, I have yet to try that kind. I will surely post about when I do! Haha @johleen
