a new account, with lots of stake, making 1 post, then commenting on that post 10 times a day would most likely go unnoticed unless there is some mechanism to detect such activity.

yes, hive is not steem, but actually something IS being done regarding that account... the thing is rancho appears dormant and hasn't applied their upvotes on hive yet. will take most of you to drain you downvotes daily... hope you're ready...
