Ingredients


  • 400 g of salmon fillet;
  • salt - to taste;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 150 grams of film;
  • several leaves of cabbage kale;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 60 ml of olive oil;
  • 1 cucumber;
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 small red onion;
  • 60 ml of white wine vinegar;
  • 4 cloves of garlic.

Preparation



Rub the fish with spices from all sides, place on a baking sheet and bake at 190 ° C for 15-17 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the movies according to the instructions on the package.

In a bowl for salad, put the feces, add the juice of half a lemon, a little olive oil and salt. Remember cabbage hands for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the bowl of baked fish, divided into small pieces, kinoa, cucumber circles, halves of tomatoes and half-rings of onions. Mix the vinegar with the juice of the second half of the lemon, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Season with this mixture of lettuce and mix.

Looks tempting, looks quite similar to Thai salad, perhaps taste quite alike too if chopped red chili and fish sauce were added
