In this video I catch prepare cook and eat some garden snails for the first time. You are suppose to leave them in a container for a week after you get them to clear out any toxins and you can feed them something like a carrot.
These things don't taste as bad as they look although I wouldn't say they are super delicious they are still edible.
I cooked them in garlic butter the texture was quite chewy and the flavour is hard to describe maybe a bit of a nutty flavour
