I made this dish for a Sunday Potluck with friends. It was a crowd-pleaser!
A potluck is a communal gathering where each guest or group contributes a different and hopefully unique, and often homemade, dish of food to be shared. Other names for a "potluck" include: potluck dinner, spread, Jacob's join, Jacob's supper, faith supper, covered-dish-supper, dish party, bring-and-share, shared lunch, pitch-in, bring-a-plate, dish-to-pass, fuddle, fellowship meal, and carry-in.
I am not a chef. I am just a girl who loves to cook and enjoys eating!

if I want to treat myself (and those around me) its a steak sandwich I also do a mean beef enchilada sadly I am not able to cook as much as I would like due to the picky eaters around me lol

Potlucks are always enjoyable because you get to taste other peoples cooking. Most bring homemade food, still others bring store bought food. I want to be able to cook an easy brazilian dish. Do you have a suggestion, @ronaldoavelino?

I am grateful to be upvoted by the creator of DTube. It recognizes the fact that cooking videos are not exactly easy to do. And to do it with nothing but my Iphone, LOL!
It makes me wonder if people really watch videos to the end. But that is not important as being able to share my passion to those who will watch my videos.
If I did the videos with a front facing camera, for sure these videos will go viral, hahahaha... but that will no longer be a true cooking video, and I will fall for the same error as many people fall for.
Sorry for this long response... I am preparing to go to "battle" in a meeting, and I am psyching myself up for it.
