Too tired to be emotional

At the beginning of the year, I was crashing out on a lot of things not going my way, and that was because of the responsibilities and the pressure of not getting things done. It was very bad, but I could have planned to mitigate the situation.

In comparison to 10 months later, it has been more challenging than the beginning of the year, but somehow I feel more devoid of emotional crash-out.

Crypto

The crypto markets currently crashed out so badly, and people were taking their lives and all that.

So many people lost their net worth, especially from playing with the perps market. We will not be spared here on Hive. We took a ridiculous dump alongside other alts, but we were already hanging by a thread, and then Donald Trump happened to the market.

I saw a lot of crashout posts on Hive; I'd have probably written one myself. People are beginning to distance themselves, especially after posting that we will get to $20 by the end of the year.

These same people are now overly bearish. I come across their posts all the time, and I just shake my head. Crypto brings out the reality of fear, pain, and disgust. People are two-faced when it comes to bear and bull, and believe me, it's not just about Hive.

I have seen people who confess to be madly in love, but the pain, challenges, and unexpectedness of unforeseen circumstances of life happen to them, and they become what they themselves never ever predicted that they would become.

The regular human being is very emotional. If people were devoid of emotions, perhaps the upside might be better than the downside.

I have seen what acute high blood pressure can do to people firsthand; I know this happens because of the unexpected emotional stress that we go through in life.

Psychological and financial stress and the responsibility to keep up with the fastness of life. We are quick to abandon ship whenever things get so difficult, and this is because sometimes it is more difficult to cope than to be strong.

Nowadays I am trying as hard as I can to be devoid of emotions, choosing to be calculative and allowing life to do its thing. Perhaps if I wasn't too emotional a few years back, I could have done or made some of the best decisions for my life, and who knows, just maybe things might be a little bit different at this point.

But yes, I have learned it is better to be less of an emotional person; logic will always win the game for reasoning. The emotional layer of the regular human being might just be a curse and a blessing.

A lot of times I visualize myself in a storm, and somehow in the midst of this storm I choose to rather draw strength and keep calm, having faith that it will all work out well, and if not, well, this wouldn't be the first time that sad things have happened to me.

i really think there has to be some inside trading there in the US with Trump, everytime Trump speaks something happens on crypto, and it's never been like that with Biden, i wonder why markets still follow him so much... you are right, logic wins in the long run, emotion can make you do a good choice once, but in the long run no, logic wins... i will just keep accumulating hives no matter the fud

The Fud is not just with Hive though, but it's a whole lot here, and the FUD has increased after that dump. I see a FUD post every seconds when I scroll, and it's just unbelievable that 90% of those FUD posts, had a bullish version in January.

I agree that Trump is insider trading, I wonder how people ever thought he was good for crypto. Man he's been wrecking crypto since January.

That's true, I had hopes for cryptos but he really just messed the market so far

Human beings are emotional, sometimes to a fault. Suicide over losing money is just stupid, there is always tomorrow, another day, another chance for success. But unless you are in their shoes it's hard to see the situation they are confronting. Their demons on the inside may be much worse. People also often make poor investment choices on sheer emotion, I've been guilty of it before and I'm sure I will be again. It's part of life. Reason would be a perfect way to see and live life, but some of us are just too emotional!

You've had a rough year with some ups and some serious downs, far more than your share. I'm glad you are keeping calm and sticking to your faith, that's very important and will help you through most anything. Excellent my post my friend, I do hope you are feeling stronger and things are doing better!

On Twitter everyday we see people kill themselves because of a loss, either from perps or rug pull, it's crazy, and it's unfortunate. Money or the loss of money makes people take drastic measures including killing themselves.
I've learned to imagine wearing the shoes of others, and somehow that's how we learn sympathy sometimes, unfortunately, the world is not an empathetic place.
Being emotional is a two-way thing and for me it hasn't exactly done more good, so I'm just taking it slowly and trying to take logical steps in these testing phase of my life

It's a tough time, but I think that the markets have always been this way. It's hard to not be emotional pushed as the markets all involve money, and its that money that we are concerned about. I am sure everything will pass in time. Let's just have faith that things will work out.

I think this phase will pass as you've said, why? Well simply because the market will heal, but people sometimes forget all these and go ahead to take take lives.

hey man, good to hear from you again been like a week, how are you, how's your health i hope it's all on the positive side...

the market has been so crazy men like all time lows ... Trump and his trade wars with the Chinese sending a lot a lot of people to the abyss, all big time crypto are in the dip and it's really crazy, my beloved hive we thought we had an agreement, well I have never been a fan of observing the market tho but are we sure that there will be a revamp? before the year rolls out?

thats a good thing to do to calm down and relax every time something happens in your life. because we can't do anything, no matter what we do, we will definitely have problems so be careful and go with the flow because all that will pass because we have faith in the Lord. have a great day 🫡

Emotions are innate. Being emotional doesn't mean your weak however sometimes it could bring you to undesirable situations. It's in you, you can do this.
And about the market it will be alright in time (hoping)
