I'm just stating, if it's as alarming as the IPCC says, then we'd be doing a good thing for the planet by solving the problem of volcanoes erupting.
Yep it would help, unfortunately humans do not have the capabilities to stop volcanoes but they do have the ability to stop burning fossil fuels. Regardless it is already too late, even if humans stopped all fossil fuel burning today the CO2 that is already in the atmosphere will continue increasing earth's temps, which will cause sea level rise. Look at the chart I linked above if you are interested.
you haven't been paying attention?
CO2 IS an effect...not a cause.
No my friend, you are incorrect. I have been paying attention on this issue for a long time and I trust NASA scientists. If you want to understand the relationship between CO2 levels and temperature of earth I recommend you watch this video.
the video is a lie.
NASA cooks the books..
I don't trust anyone I don't know personally.
lol, oh ok... so do you not believe the moon landing either?
So who told you that temperature rise increases CO2? and why do you trust them?
(The video perfectly explains why CO2 increase on earth causes temperatures to increase on earth, proven with scientific facts, but you are free to believe what you like.)
nice stawman...(moonlanding)
I read ( a lot), I surf the internet (a lot)
I evaluate what I learn by doing so.
If I find something which contradicts what I think I know...I re evaluate.
at the moment my understanding gives me confidence in my understanding that we are near the end of an interglacial. It's gonna get COLD pretty soon.
If CO2 could stop it...that would be great.
Why do you want humanity to die?
a LOT more people die when it's cold than when it's hot.
civilizations fall during the cold.
according to you CO2 causes warming...why do you want to stop that?
