When you practice punching and kicking, that's great. In a fight, the attacker or your opponent punches you. You might not be the one who punches or kicks first. To defend the punch or kick, you learn how to block or parry.

When you parry or block any strike, it is not over. You have to strike or the attacker can hit you again. In this video, Master Wong shows how to defend a punch and grab. And he also shows how to do a stomp kick.

When you grab the attacker's hand and you raise your leg to kick, the attack will not keep his hands over there. In case he pulls or pushes, you might lose your balance. It is very important to keep your balance when you kick as a counter-attack.

So what should be the target of this kick?

It is the attacker's knee. If you kick and hit the attacker properly, it will definitely make some serious damage. Let's watch this video and practice with your training partner.

One important thing, please be careful when you kick to your partner's knee. You practice just to get used to making this move. You do not want to hurt your training partner.

Thank you so much for reading this post and watching the video. Please feel free to share your thoughts and experience. I appreciate your support and feedback!

Stay safe. Always be happy!
