Are you getting enough fiber in your diet?
The recommended amount of fiber in your diet is 25 grams per day. This is what the US FDA says, and many health sites think it should be higher.
Why do you need fiber in your diet?
It speeds up the movement of food and waste through your digestive system. This is very necessary for your health.
Fiber intake is usually one of the first things I work to help people increase when doing weight loss coaching. I found out early in my coaching career to go slow at first. If you have not been eating much fiber in the past, the results can be explosive when you start.

The more fiber I eat the sicker I get. Once I was told you can eat as much as you like but if your intestines are too long it will not help. You only feel swollen and are full.of gas.
I would like to eat my food, I have a lack of everything here in hospital.
Hmm... I have never heard that before about fiber, @wakeupkitty. Do you have a certain health condition of your digestive system?
Usually only very slow, I hardly use energy/food 💕
