What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, another day without smoking completed and I am still feeling pretty good except for being tired from all this steppin. I was able to sleep good last night for basically the first time since starting to try quit smoking everything. Everything is going well with no real issues, cravings are being controlled by the nicotine patch and I really don't have to much concern about picking up my bong any longer.

Today I rewarded myself for breaking 30K Steps for the first time last night, bought myself breakfast and a new coffee cup which first required walking to 7/11. Even did a little jogging and tried to sprint but lost my hat, will remember to wear the toque tomorrow!

I bought a extra hashbrown for Jerry so I could get him to wait for it while I did my #Seven77 pushups, he nailed it first try! Almost made the 10k steps by 10am #AutomaticWin by @wil.metcalfe, I will be trying again tomorrow but hopefully getting up a little bit earlier.

This is another morning and evening combined video. In the evening I started off sluggish, by the end of work I was at 26Kish steps much better off than yesterday thanks to that morning hustle. Once I started into it I felt pretty energetic and even started to get pumped as I approached 30K for the evening.

So pumped I started trash talking, LOL!!!

Please Forgive Me not intending to speak to my audience in that way. I just had to include one clip so you can see my excitement for having achieved such a high step count 2 days in a row.
