I don't agree that DHF simply gives out money without any contract. If the project has not been successful and the creator is no longer interested in it, or has repeatedly done projects without a successful result, then 70% to 80% of that money must also be paid back. It is absurd to give out money and not ask for anything in return. These amounts come from all of our pockets. 🤌🤌🤌💁♂️💁♂️💁♂️
