When MedicalKidnap.com was started in 2014, they were shocked to learn that it was legal to use foster children as lab rats to develop drugs.
When the state takes custody, and the child becomes a ward of the state, the medical researchers do not need parental approval to conduct medical research. They can bill the U.S. Government directly to fund this research. They usually use Medicaid. This is legal even if the drugs being tested are experimental and have not been approved by the FDA.

The U.S. federal government has mandated drug research with children. The need for children to participate in drug company research is high, and the temptation to overstep parental rights to force children to participate is great. Researchers publicly admit using money and other rewards to obtain participation of children in their drug trials.
Organizations that advocate for the rights of parents to make decisions regarding their children’s healthcare are finding that foster children in CPS custody are being enrolled in drug experiments without parental approval. State Child Protective Services are enrolling children in drug experiments without parental approval or court orders. However, those who conduct these drug experiments for pharmaceutical companies, and those who are charged with monitoring such research, do not see a problem with their recruitment methods.
In a 2011 article that was published in the Journal Pediatrics, the problem of recruiting children for clinical trials for drug testing was discussed by Medical Researchers from Ohio State University (Columbus) and Case Western Reserve University. They confirmed that the US federal government is mandating that children be included in clinical drug trials.
Dr. Tishler, PhD, and Dr. Staats Reiss, PhD stated:
Since 1994, federal guidelines have called for the inclusion of children in clinical studies. Related federal incentives and laws such as the “pediatric rule” (the Pediatric Research Equity Act) and the pediatric exclusivity provision have also been passed to increase the number of pediatric clinical trials launched by pharmaceutical companies. Despite these mandates, the allocations to pediatric clinical trials in federal and private research and development budgets have remained limited. In addition, pediatric researchers continue to experience difficulty locating children and families who are willing to enroll in clinical trials.
LlRecruitment for pediatric studies is hampered by several factors including ethical concerns with using children as subjects, regulatory oversight that is significantly more restrictive for child trials than for adult trials, a lack of research infrastructure, the need to obtain consent from parents, and the challenge of determining appropriate payments for participation that are not coercive.
In 2005, there was a hearing, titled.Protections for Foster Children Enrolled in Clinical Trials. It was held by the U.S. House of Representatives which investigated if adequate safeguards were in place to protect foster children from being forced to participate in drug studies.
The allegations involved clinical drug trials on AIDS drugs that were conducted from the late 1980s through 2001.
Since this article back in 2015, much more information surfaced. It came to light that it's same group of people that did research to develop an HIV vaccine, a vaccine which never seen the light that is now in cooperation with the U.S. Government to develop a COVID vaccine.
The public has a right to know more about the past research to develop an HIV vaccine, and how they experimented on children who were “legally” kidnapped from their families for research purposes, as well as the live aborted fetuses that were used to try and create “humanized mice” to produce this vaccine, since this is the same group that has been given hundreds of billions of dollars by the U.S. Government to now develop a COVID19 vaccine.

It was the investigative journalist Liam Scheff, that researched and published a book, The House That AIDS Built. In 2004, he exposed the fact that hundreds of Foster children at Incarnation Children's Center in NYC were used by Big Pharma and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases [NIAID] as lab rats for AIDS research.
Years later in separate investigations – 13,878 children were discovered to have been made subject of the same fate during the 1980’s and 1990’s in six other states: Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Colorado and Texas.

The Subcommittee on Human Resources of the Committee on Ways and Means and the U.S. House of Representatives met to examine this problem. The Chairman Wally Herger, Representative from California made this statement:
Over the last 18 months, this Subcommittee has heard hearings about a number of issues affecting kids in the Federal, State child welfare programs, and this issue is like many of them: It has the potential for being explosive. The child welfare program in the richest, most powerful country in the world is, and has been, often an abysmal failure.
Now, we don’t need proof of more of that. We can give you all kinds of examples of it. We know about kids losing their lives in the child welfare system. Practically every State legislature every year deals with one case or another, and everybody wrings their hands, and the problems go on. The kids are sometimes locked up and sometimes starved under the supervision of the agencies. We know the children have been used without proper supervision for drug testing. (emphasis added)
Dr. Donald Young, M.D., U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation testified extensively about government's oversight.
This Congressional hearing, although acknowledging that foster children were used and abused did not to stop it.
Now we have the whole world crying out for a vaccine against Covid19 from the same Pharmaceutical companies and the government agencies.
Once again it's Dr. Anthony Fauci, one of the lead members of the Trump Administration’s White House Coronavirus Task Force addressing the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.
While researching this I was thinking to myself: can this really be happening in a modern world where we have human rights? The answer is yes, it can and it is!!!

I see you people are about as sick and twisted as you've always been. Once again using a medically necessary issue to distort the facts and make unfounded allegations that children will be used to trial covid vaccines. What a disgusting lot you are. The kids at issue in the Aids trials actually had aids or HIV. What were they suppose to do die anyway? How in the world were they ever going to find cures for kids if they couldn't use some of the drugs on kids? I do agree that children in foster care should have parental permission or an advocate to make sure everything is understood not just by foster parent alone but geez people these kids were going to die if a cure wasn't found and in one study they cut the death rate in half.

I am sure you didn't take the time to read that linked story because if you did and had any ounce of common sense you'd found one thing that was consistent throughout the story the woman told....that being that every time she stopped giving the drugs the children got better but ultimately fell ill again and had to be taken back to the doctor whereas she claims they put them back on medication that made them ill again. What is really startling is the fact that you totally missed that she kept the girl off the aids drugs for so long she developed full blown Aids which lead to cancer. Luckily they got it in time and keeping her away from this aunt she is doing fine today. There's a huge difference between feeling ill because of the side effects of drugs and taking them off the drugs and letting the disease take over. You obviously base your whole story off one case you happen to find where the aunt wasn't taking the necessary steps to ward off that which would ultimately make the kids sicker and that is having hiv that turns into full blown aids.
Furthermore from researching the hospital you are talking about hasn't had one infraction in over three years, it's a small twenty patient hospital who take in kids with aid/hiv from within the system that no one else wants after being removed from their parents for abuse/neglect or whose parents have died. Parents who didn't have the common sense not to get pregnant while being infected with aids/hiv and pass it to a vulnerable child they were carrying. This hospital you are bad mouthing also outranks many care facilities across the country and is consistently rated with five stars by most. Here's a link with some pictures of those children and they look rather happy if you ask me. You should be ashamed of yourself for making money off bad mouthing one of the countries highest rated care facilities based off one persons story who ultimately made a decision on her own without regard to the long term consequences that temporarily feeling better did not mean a lifetime of feeling better and put these children's lives in jeopardy.
