SWEAT SUITS 21Plus CHALLENGE 👟🏃🚵🏊🏆

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Deck of Playing Cards
Foot Stool/ Single Step
Timer

SO, HOW DO YOU PLAY??

Well, as we all know there are four suits in a deck of cards. Each suit is assigned a particular exercise. This week the assigned exercises are as follows:

♥ HEARTS = KNEE HIGHS
♠ SPADES = 2 STEP- SHORT STEP
♦ DIAMONDS = TOE TOUCHES
♣CLUBS = SQUATS

Need A Break in between Sets??
Big Joker = 5 minute break
Little Joker = 3 minute break

GETTING STARTED

Now, I should state right here that:

I AM NOT TO TAKE THE PLACE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN, NOR DO I RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING CHALLENGE TO THOSE WHO IT MAY NOT BE IN THE BEST INTEREST. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AND IF NEEDED, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE TAKING PART IN THIS ACTIVITY. THIS CHALLENGE IS NOT TO REPLACE YOUR COACH, BUT TO BE DIGESTED AS A SNACK.

After shuffling the cards, place them down on the table. If YOU'RE FEELING LIKE A BOSS, use the full deck. If you're not as active on the regular basis, you might want to start with the first ten cards and increase as you feel the stigma to do so.
Flip one card over at a time and proceed with the assigned exercise. And THAT'S IT!! Complete this process until you have went through the desired amount of cards you have set, and until you are able to complete a full deck! Once you are able to complete a full deck, time to assign more challenging exercises to your suits.

Ok, the challenge has been made! You CAN do this daily to complete your 21 days faster or do it every other day. Listen to your body and mind AND/OR YOUR HIRED FITNESS TRAINER on this. If you do take on this challenge, share with me your experiences! Maybe you substituted the moves I have assigned with four new moves of your own, well share that with me in the comment section as well!
