Hari ini aku mau bagikan resep brownies. Buatnya mudah, tidak susah. Ini masih panas dan belum bisa dipotong. Teksturnya sangat lembut dan creamy. Harum sekali.

Cokelat Chips Brownies

Bahan-bahan :

  • 80 gram tepung serba guna
  • 175 gram cokelat hitam
  • 2,5 sdm bubuk kakao murni tanpa pemanis
  • 115 gram mentega
  • 175 gr gula merah
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1 kuning telur
  • 1 sdt pasta vanili

Cara Membuat :

  1. Lelehkan cokelat dan mentega dengan cara ditim.
  2. Tambahkan gula merah ke dalam campuran coklat, aduk sampai semuanya tercampur rata.
  3. Keluarkan mangkuk adonan dari tempat tim cokelat. Kemudian tambahkan telur dan pasta vanili, lalu diaduk dengan hati-hati.
  4. Masukkan tepung dan bubuk kakao, aduk sampai tercampur rata.
  5. Siapkan wajan, olesi dengan sedikit mentega. Kemudian tuangkan adonan ke dalam wajan.
  6. Panggang adonan dalam oven pada suhu 180 ˚C selama 30 menit.
  7. Dinginkan, lalu letakkan di dalam freezer sekitar 30-45 menit.
