Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Raw Jackfruit Curry"
Ingredients:
Raw Jackfruit
Bay leaves
Prawn
Turmeric powder
Red chili powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Oil
Salt
Process:
At first cut jackfruit into pieces. Take a pan. Add water, get boiled. Then put Jackfruit over there and stir. After getting boiled sometime take out and stain. Keep aside. Take another pan. Add oil, heat up then put onion. Fry then add prawn. After frying sometime add all the rest spices. Add water and fry spices well. Then add required water and get boiled. Put Jackfruit pieces over there and cook. Cover with the lid. After 15-20 minutes cooking take out and serve in a dish.
Serve with rice.
