Cooking 5: Stuffed Mozzarella Cheese in Juicy Homemade Meatballs that cheeses are oozing out with every bites~

Hello, my beloved steemit friends and shout out to all the food lovers out there!
It's the time for food ranging!

Well, in this particular cooking series, I am going to share my ultimate most lovable recipe of all time which is stuffed meatballs with melty cheese that is going to drive you crazy. The melty milky cheeses embedded with the natural sweetness from the freshly made meatballs are the ultimate irresistible dish for everyone to dive into!

Look at the melted cheese~

Let's Start!

Ingredients:

-300 grams ground meats
-150 grams yellow onions or red onions
-100grams Mozzarella Cheese
-3 stalks of thyme
-Salt and pepper to taste

Steps by step tutorial:

1.Chop and mince onions uniformly into it is your desired texture to be incorporated into the grounded meats.

2.Cut Mozzarella cheese into a cube. Around 2cm diameter cube size.

3.Destalk the thyme and mince it finely to be mix into the ground meats together with the chopped onions.

4.Salt and pepper to taste.

5.Shape the ground meats into balls by a circling motion on your palm. Then stuff cheese into it and remake it into a ball.

*Meatballs should not be oversized as it might not cook thoroughly or it might take a really long time to cook and loses all the natural juices from the meat.
