Patties with Chocolate and Banana(Original Photos and Recipe).

in #food7 years ago

Friends, if you want to make delicious and quick pastries, then today's recipe is for you! These little patties made of delicate dough, which are prepared in a matter of minutes all very quickly and simply !! :)

The filling can be completely different, it can be any berries and fruits. I chose a well-combined chocolate and a banana.

For the recipe, we need:

Ingredients:

Flour 250 gr

Sugar - 2 tsp.

Salt - 1 tsp.

Butter (cold) - 180 g

Icy water - 1/4 cup

Banana - 1 pc.

Chocolate - 75 g

Yolk - for lubrication

Preparation:

Combine the dry ingredients with flour, sugar and salt. Dice butter and cubes and add to the flour mixture. Mix everything with your hands until fine crumbs form. Add ice water and knead the dough, if the mass is a bit liquid, put some more flour. Roll a ball out of the dough and wrap it in a film. Take the dough into the refrigerator for about an hour. The finished dough is rolled about 2 cm thick and cut out round dough pieces with a glass. Lay the dough outlets on a form covered with parchment paper.

For a filling, cut the banana into small cubes, and chop the chocolate into pieces using a knife. Put the banana on top of the dough and then the pieces of chocolate. Put the second dough circles on top and secure the edges of the dough with a fork. Lubricate the patties with beaten yolk and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

These small pies are good both hot and cold. Look how ruddy they turned out!

Filling a banana with chocolate is just amazing. It is a real pleasure, which you get only from one bite of a crispy dough with a fragrant, combining an incredible taste, a delicate filling.

Try to cook these small pies, choosing any stuffing, this is already a real game of flavors! :)

Bon Appetit!
