When I overate the potatoes ๐คฃ I tried to make chips from other vegetables! Do you want to try them?
Cut into thin slices carrot, sweet potato, beetroot, parsley root, Jerusalem artichoke, celery. It's important that the slices are of similar size.
Mix with olive oil or refined coconut oil and spices. I like smoked pepper with salt. Preheat the oven.

I remember I tried vegetable chips, I like the sweet and salty taste of them and of course I bought them in shop, I believe you do the same way as potatoe chips, don's you?
