Draniki with mushrooms
Ingredients
- 200-300 g of champignons;
- a little vegetable oil;
- 5-7 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 1 egg - optional;
- 1-2 tablespoons of starch - optional.
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into small cubes and lightly fry in the preheated oil, mesh them well. Scrub the potatoes and onions. Add spices and mix. If necessary, add egg and starch and mix again well.
Mushrooms can be added to the potato mixture or used as fillings, as in potatoes with minced meat.
