A normal Sunday dinner where I come from.
Sweet potato mash
New potato
Carrots
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Yorkshire puddings
Meat. This time it was venison but we have recently had:
Pheasant
Chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon.
Lamb
Steak. This usually comes with peppercorn sauce and mushrooms fried in butter.
And gravy (I alway use granules). Either lamb, chicken or beer.
A good quick meal. 30 minutes including preparation.
Delicious food to look at. Seeing cooking method it seems will be a traditional food. Good food healthy life. Excellent post
