Sodamngood: Usually I see a burger like this and groan. The food equivalent of a monster truck. Brioche. Patty of brisket/chuck/sirloin, bacon jam, caramelized onions, aged cheddar, lettuce, tomato, mustard aioli. One of the best I've tasted in San Diego. Order one and share it with eight or nine of your closest friends.
