Hello and welcome to another Steemit recipe from Simple recipes.

Today I would like to share my own recipe that I made during my breakfast buffet today. I hope you enjoy making this recipe as much as I did.

Ingredients

  • 10 hard boiled eggs cut in half vertically
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (red & green bellpeppers, Onions, Scallions)
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella shredded
  • 1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon of bread crumbs
  • salt, black pepper

For Béchamel sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 1/4 cup of milk

Garnish

  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped parsley

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350
  • For the Béchamel sauce heat the butter in a heavy sauce-pot over low heat, add the flour and make a white roux, cool roux slightly. Gradually add the milk and beating constantly. Bring the sauce to a boil stirring constantly and reduce heat to allow it to simmer. Adjust consistency with more hot milk if required. Add the salt, pepper and half of the cheese and remove it off the heat.
