Earlier on this week, my daughter made the most delicious donuts. They were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. We really enjoyed them and the family went crazy for them. I will be sharing the recipe on how to make these delightful donuts below:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tb castor sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 tb butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- oil for frying
- mixed cinnamon and sugar
Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the butter to form a breadcrumb texture. Form the dough with the milk and then cut out and fry. Coat them into the cinnamon and sugar mixture and enjoy!

I used the back of a piping nozzle and a glass. Than fried the do-nut shaped ones and the inner smaller pieces . I found the inner smaller pieces much nicer .
