Saludos estimados lectores, hoy les traigo una receta fácil, sin harina y de bajo costo
200 gramos de jojoto o maiz molido
200 gramos de queso, preferiblemente ricota o queso crema, pero en caso de no tener estos otro tipo de queso tambien sirve.
1 lata de leche condensada
4 huevos
Ralladura de limon o naranja
1 cucharada de vainilla (opcional)
1 cucharada de licor
½ taza de leche liquida

[/embed] Precalentar el horno a 180°, colocar los ingredientes en una licuadora en el siguiente orden; los huevos, la leche condensada, el queso, el maíz, la ralladura, la vainilla, y el licor.
Comenzar a licuar y a incorporar la leche liquida hasta que todo este bien mezclado y luego verter la mezcla en un molde. Meter el molde al horno por 45 minutos o hasta que al pincharla el palillo salga seco.

[/embed] Dejar reposar y luego refrigerar. Mientras mas fría mejor es su sabor puedes acompañarlo con un vaso de leche e incluso colocarle un poco de sirope de chocolate por encima.
