Is that 1st photo of the signs perhaps a sign that we live in an extremely selfish, immature society who care nothing for the government, or the rest of the society, when they can exploit whatever the government supplies for their own personal ends, regardless of the inconvenience to the rest of the society. Like stealing copper cables.
