Este instrumento que hoy quiero compartir con todos aquí se llama: tensiómetro o esfigmomanómetro.
Que sirve para medir la presión arterial que ejerce el corazón sobre los vasos sanguíneos.y se mide en milímetros de mercurio mmhg.
En este instrumento se miden dos valores que son:
La presión sistólica:
Que no es más que la presión que bombea el corazón la sangre.
La presión diastólica:
Es la Presión que tiene la sangre cuando el corazón está en reposo.

Es muy importante tenerlo en casa y más aún cuando existen personas que tienen problemas con la tensión arterial.
Ya que está en una patología silenciosa y debe ser controlada a diario por el grave daño que hace a diferentes órganos sumamente importantes en nuestro organismo como: el pulmón,los riñones,corazón,cerebro,páncreas, entre otros.
It is very important to have it at home and even more when there are people who have problems with blood pressure. Since it is in a silent pathology and must be controlled daily for the serious damage it does to different extremely important organs in our body such as: the lung, kidneys, heart, brain, pancreas, among others.
Por eso si eres un paciente hipertenso pero mantienes bien controlada la tensión arterial, tanto con tratamientos vía oral y siguiendo una regular medición de tensión, llevaras una mejor calidad de vida.
