August goals:

No sleeping till 12 am. Max. is at least 8 or 9 am
Actually brush my teeth right after I woke up or finished breakfast
Shower at least 1 to 2 times a week.
Study at least 30 minutes - 1 hour + a day. But no matter what i study...at least 30 minutes.
Staying Hydrated
Eat more
Actually stick to the things I want to learn and not get distracted or give up
Stop changing my profile picture this much
Stay awake at max. 9-10 pm. except my friend wants to call/play and i still got enough energy.
get more comfortable with my voice
Trying to stop caring about what others think about me.
try to get more light into my room
30 minutes of a podcast either if its study stuff or something else
reading at least a tiny bit more
learn guitar for school and myself in general :D

Re-learning / checking spanish material and getting a bit better.
Learning math basics like 1x1 etc..
Get my stuttering under control and try to speak more clearer
